The Stallion Fund directly supports all the children at the school.

The Stallion Fund enhances all aspects of the transformational experience you and your child will have at Summit. Gifts to the Stallion Fund provide the critical, current-use, unrestricted dollars our school needs to provide an excellent student experience and support our areas of greatest need. The Stallion fund is our top fundraising priority, and is the one fundraiser we ask EVERY Summit family to support. Your Stallion fund contribution allows The Summit School to:

  • Hire and retain quality teachers and faculty
  • Maintain small classroom sizes to ensure each student receives individualized instruction
  • Invest in cutting-edge, age-appropriate technology
  • Promote educational innovation
  • Maintain a clean and safe campus through building maintenance

PARTICIPATION MATTERS!

High participation—especially from parents, faculty, and our Board—demonstrates strong confidence in our school and can influence support from outside donors. Many foundations look at parent participation when awarding grants, which help fund financial aid, capital projects, expanded programming, and more. Every gift matters, whether $5 or $5,000, and strengthens our chances of receiving this vital funding.

WHAT COUNTS AS PARTICIPATION?

Participation can take many forms. One of the most impactful is making a gift of cash or stock, often in response to an appeal letter or online campaign. These contributions are purely philanthropic, with donors receiving only a heartfelt acknowledgment in return.

You can also participate by sponsoring our signature fundraising events—Swing for Summit, Purse Bingo, and The Bash. These sponsorships not only support our school’s mission but also help make these beloved community events possible.
